EXP is a social platform for taking on real-world experiences, sharing proof, connecting with crews and scenes, and earning points. These terms outline how EXP works and the rules that keep our community safe and fun.
Last updatedYou must be at least 13 years old to use EXP. You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity that happens under your account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate basic information.
EXP encourages you to explore and try new things, but your safety always comes first. You are responsible for your own actions and well-being. Never attempt an experience that is dangerous, illegal, violates private property, or puts yourself or others at risk. EXP is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur while participating in experiences or events.
All experience completions must be captured live inside the EXP app and reflect genuine participation. You agree not to upload stolen photos, pre-recorded media, altered images, artificial fakes, or misleading proof. Experience points, board clears, levels, and badges are in-app features with no cash value, and we reserve the right to correct or withhold points earned through cheating or glitches.
EXP is built on friendly, supportive community. You agree not to harass, bully, spam, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate others. Do not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or infringing on anyone else's rights. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You own the photos, videos, and text you post on EXP. When you share content in public or shared areas of the app, you grant EXP permission to host, display, and distribute that content within the service (such as in feeds, leaderboards, and scene activity) so the app can function.
You can delete your account at any time directly in the app. We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms or harm the community. We may update these terms occasionally as EXP grows; continuing to use the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
